The lead architect of ATLAS26, Isabelle manages IBO's Global Strategy and Performance team, focused on delivering international market and policy insights, performance management and scalable digital operations and partnerships to support sustainable FPON recruitment growth at ECU. Isabelle has previously managed student recruitment relationships onshore and in North Asia and project-managed delivery of ECU's international scholarships, and student nurture journeys. Prior to her current role, she has worked in domestic student recruitment at Murdoch University, and at ECU in Student Adminstration. Having previously studied abroad in Indonesia, Isabelle is passionate about the need for Australia to invest in its "near-neighbours" and is driven to see this reflected at ECU.
